Other Terms and Conditions
- Rooms are to be occupied only by the person(s) in whose favour the reservation is made. For all the guest Id Proof is Must.
- Guests are requested to fill the check-in upon arrival and submit an authorised id proof like Aadhar, Passport, Voter id etc.,
- Check-in time is 12 noon and Check-out time is 10 am.
- The Management shall not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings of Guest. Guest shall handle cash transactions only at the Reception and not with any other staff.
- Guests are requested to deposit room key at the reception to facilitate cleaning. Guest can also opt out of room cleaning service at their choice.
- All major Credit / Debit Cards are accepted.
- Pet Animals are not allowed inside the premises.
- Guests are expected to extend their full cooperation for the safety, security and cleanliness of the facility.
- Management always has the right to break open the door if no response from the guest on call for which the repair charges will be levied.
- Any discourteous or incivility behavior of our staff can be brought to our notice immediately which will help us to serve you better.
- Checkout process will take minimum half an hour and so Guests are requested to intimate their check-out time an hour before to the Reception which will help in smooth and fast departure.
- All bills should be settled on presentation. In case of default in payment, the Management has the right to have lien on the luggage & belongings, to detain the same, to sell or auction such property at any time, after the day of departure, without reference to the party and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards amount due from the Guest.
- Residents are requested to use furniture, fittings and other belongings of the Hotel with care, otherwise they will be held responsible for the damages and liable to pay compensation for the same.
- Electric Iron Box, Immersion Rods, Induction Stove, etc., belonging to the guest and not provided by the Management should not be installed or used.
- The Management reserves the right to give notice to any resident, to vacate the rooms for failing to settle bills on presentation or for causing annoyance to other residents without any reason.
- Guests are not permitted to entertain their visitors after 10 pm.
- The Management reserves the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms and conditions at any time.
- Every Guest checking-in the Hotel is deemed to have read the above terms & conditions and is bound to abide by them.
Room
- The Room is designed for Single & Double Occupancy.
- 32” Led HD TV, DTH, Air conditioner, Private Bathroom, IP Intercom Phone, all essential furniture are provided to cater the needs of our guest.
- Housekeeping service is provided daily
Restaurant
- Pure Vegetarian, home-style food is prepared and served hygienically. Our restaurant has vegetarian dining only.
- Guests can order Non-Veg food online and have it in their rooms.
- Charges applies for Cutlery supply to rooms.
- Three session meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) are served as Buffet spread.
- Guests can also order A-la-carte Food at extra cost from the food menu card.
- We use mineral water for cooking and drinking purpose.
Laundry
- Personal laundry service is available for which the Laundry Slip with price list and laundry bag is inside the wardrobe.
- Guests are requested to fill the laundry slip according to their need and hand it over to the concerned staff.
- Any permanent stain caused by the Guest on bed, bed spread, pillow, mattress, towel, window screen etc. will be charged on cost.
Wi-Fi Internet
- High Speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the Facility. For id and password call the Reception @ 9.
Visitors
- In general Guest can meet their visitors at the Reception area in Ground Floor.
- Guest and visitors are requested to respect the privacy of other guest of the facility
Welcome Kit and Snacks
- Guest can use beverage kits as complimentary
- Guests can make use of the snacks provided in the room which is chargeable as per the pricelist.
- Complimentary water is provided. Guest can also order on cost.
Travel Desk
- Travel support is available on request.
- Guest can also use the taxi operator services online.
Smoking Zone
- Smoking is strictly banned in all areas except the specified zone which is available at 4th floor terrace.
- Any breach of this term will end with a fine of Rs. 3000/- Plus GST.
